FAQs

  • How long should I rent for?

Longer is always better, but we generally recommend between 4 and 8 weeks. Longer training times will result in a higher level of adaptation that lasts for a longer period of time, but whether or not this added benefit is necessary is entirely dependent on your own personal goals as well as the intensity of what you are training for.

  • Should I rent the Sierra 100 or Everest Summit II?

If you're on a budget, will only be performing mask training, or are comfortable sleeping in the small Head Bivy altitude tent, the Sierra 100 is a great choice. If you prefer simplified altitude adjustment, are more sensitive to noise while sleeping, or want to use any of our larger altitude tents, choose the Everest Summit II.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Central: $160
    Mountain: $180
