What is Altitude Training?
Altitude training, also known as hypoxic training, involves exposure to oxygen-reduced air. This simulation of high-altitude conditions is used to stimulate physiological adaptations in the body that result in improved endurance, cardiovascular health, and metabolic function. Traditionally, athletes would travel to mountainous regions to gain these benefits. Hypoxico’s technology allows you to simulate these same conditions in your home, gym, lab, or clinic.
How It Works
